Smart Forms & Negative Review Recovery

Learn how to use auto-generated Smart Forms to intercept negative feedback, prefill customer details, dispatch SMS/Email alerts to ownership, and issue automated recovery vouchers.

💡 1. How Negative Sentiment Interception Works

When a customer submits a 1–3 star review on BuzzReviews or Smart Check-in, instead of letting the negative review hurt your public web reputation, the system automatically redirects the customer to your Smart Customer Recovery Form.

Forms are created automatically upon signup — zero manual building required.

Customer name, email, rating, & location are prefilled automatically via URL params.

3. Instant Recovery

Manager receives instant SMS alert while an automated $15 voucher is issued to the customer.

🔗 2. URL Prefill Parameters & Syntax

Smart Forms read URL query parameters and automatically prefill matching input fields so the customer doesn't have to re-type their information:

⚙️ 3. Configuring Manager Alerts & Recovery Vouchers

Navigate to Dashboard V3 → Smart Forms & Negative Review Recovery.
Click ⚙️ Edit Config next to your Customer Service & Review Recovery Form.
Set your Auto-Voucher Amount ($) (e.g. $15.00) to auto-generate bounceback codes.
Set your SLA Response Window (e.g. 2 hours).
Enter your Manager Notification Email and Manager SMS Alert Phone Number.
Click Save Smart Form Config.
