AI Disclaimer

Certain Platform features utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated systems, including BuzzIQ, BuzzVoice, and AI-generated content and analysis tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

• • AI-generated recommendations, summaries, insights, call analyses, pipeline narratives, borrower assessments, email drafts, and other AI outputs are informational and operational tools only
• • AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, omissions, or outdated information
• • AI outputs do not constitute and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, compliance, tax, medical, or any other licensed professional advice
• • You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any AI output before use, reliance, publication, or distribution

BuzzCRM, BuzzVoice, and related mortgage-oriented features are software tools designed to assist mortgage professionals. Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• • Legal advice or compliance guidance
• • Financial advice or investment recommendations
• • A substitute for qualified legal, financial, or regulatory counsel

It's Buzzing, LLC is a software provider and is not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, mortgage servicer, underwriter, financial institution, credit reporting agency, or financial advisor. All mortgage, lending, underwriting, and compliance decisions are solely the responsibility of the Customer and its licensed personnel.

Voice and Communications Disclaimer

Voice agent features, automated calling, SMS messaging, and other communications tools are provided as software only. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing automated communications, including TCPA, applicable FCC regulations, state recording consent laws, and do-not-call requirements. It's Buzzing is not responsible for any regulatory action, fine, or liability arising from Customer's use of voice or communications features.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, It's Buzzing expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. This disclaimer extends to the electronic contract and signature system, including but not limited to the accuracy of document rendering, the enforceability of any agreement in a specific jurisdiction, and the completeness of any audit trail.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Twilio, Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare, SendGrid, and others. It's Buzzing is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or compliance of any third-party service. Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

Electronic Contracts and Digital Agreements

It's Buzzing provides a digital contract generation and electronic signature system as a convenience feature for business clients executing Master Services Agreements and Order Forms through the Platform. While It's Buzzing makes reasonable efforts to ensure the integrity and security of electronically signed agreements, It's Buzzing is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring that electronic contracts meet all requirements applicable to their specific business, jurisdiction, and regulatory environment. It's Buzzing does not guarantee that electronically executed agreements will be enforceable in all jurisdictions or under all circumstances. Clients with specific legal requirements should consult qualified counsel before executing contracts through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, It's Buzzing's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to It's Buzzing in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall It's Buzzing be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes are subject to the arbitration agreement in our Terms and Conditions, with proceedings in Birmingham, Alabama.
